Shipping & Returns DVD: Shipping is via the USPS. Paintings: Shipping is via UPS or the USPS Returns of DVDs are accepted on damaged items only, and permission must be obtained prior to returning. We must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of any DVDs. DVDs will be replaced after damaged one is returned. You will be responsible to ship the DVD back to us. Paintings will be shipping insured.
